ABOUT ENBEAT PROGRAMME DIRECTOR
Director Rina Chae’s credits include:
Beyonce, Chris Brown, Neo, Pitbull, Kat Graham US Tour, Kpop Choreographer & Agent, Choreographer for various national & international commercials, music videos & tv shows such as X-Factor NZ & Kpop Academy On Demand, Artistic Director of Auckland Festival events, Mother of Imperial House of Waacking NZ, Judge of national & international dance competitions & events. As an entrepreneur with an extensive background in the dance industry as both a dancer and choreographer, Rina teaches and guides her mentees on how to stand up, stand out, and keep a long-lasting career in one of the most competitive industries. Through her networks, the mentees are also exposed to training with and working under some of the most elite choreographers from all over the world.
En Beat Core and Industry Mentorship
En Beat Academy is now extending the weekly Mentorship to a One or Two Year Programme! The programme is for female & male dancers aged 16 and over, wanting to develop dance as a career, or simply wanting a more serious training environment. Members of Street Candee Dance Company will be on rotation for teaching different aspects of commercial dance. Each Mentorship dancer is to choose her/his choice of TWO style classes to focus on whilst taking 2 x Mentorship training weekly. Our previous Mentorship dancers are now working nationally & internationally in stage & TV shows, MVs, Commercials & Musicals.
MENTORSHIP ADMISSION IS THROUGH AUDITION ONLY. AUDITIONS ARE NORMALLY HELD AT THE END OF EACH YEAR.
Enbeat Core Mentorship
Focuses on fundamental dance training to establish robust foundations for future artistic endeavours and developments.
Minimum compulsory training days:
Females/Femme style dancers – Mondays Heels, Wednesdays Grooves, + Wednesdays & Thursdays Mentorship Exclusive Training
Male/Other style dancers – Wednesdays Grooves, One additional chosen style class, + Wednesdays & Thursdays Mentorship Exclusive Training
In addition to dancing, all dancers will also be exploring different aspects of performing arts such as modelling, acting and industry etiquette, and other critical administrative skills such as financing, strategic business development, health & wellness.

En Beat Industry Mentorship
An extensive program building further on the foundation gained in the Core Mentorship Programme. More emphasis is placed on private mentoring in addition to the general program curriculum. This programme is more advanced and personal by providing hands-on guidance from mentors to get our dancers ready for their individual artistic goals. Each Industry Mentorship dancer will also have close opportunities to connect with agencies, productions and companies to develop further interests and careers in commercial dance. Our previous Mentorship dancers are now working nationally & internationally on stage & in TV shows, MVs, commercials and musicals.

Cost
$550 per term: 2 x Electives + 2 x Mentorship Exclusive training nights
OR
$650 per term: Unlimited electives + 2 x Mentorship Exclusive training nights

$2000 per year: Unlimited pass all year
