Hold Harmless Agreement

By enrolling in any class, event, or activity offered by En Beat Dance Academy, participants (or their parent/guardian, if under 18) acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with physical movement and group instruction.

In doing so, you voluntarily agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless En Beat Dance Academy, including its owners, instructors, staff, and affiliated representatives, from any and all liability, claims,demands, or causes of action arising from injury, illness,or damages sustained as a result of participation.

This agreement applies to all studio activities, whether held on-site, off-site, or virtually, and remains in effect for the duration of enrollment.

Bullying, Harassment & Intimidation Policy

At En Beat Dance Academy, we are committed to maintaining a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment for all students, staff, and visitors.Bullying, harassment, and intimidation of any kind—whether verbal, physical, emotional, or online—will not be tolerated. Students found engaging in such behavior may be subject to disciplinary action, including immediate removal from classes without refund.

Classroom & General Etiquette Policy

All students, parents, family members, and visitors are expected to show respect and maintain a positive attitude toward instructors, staff, and fellow students. During class, students must listen carefully, follow directions, and treat others with kindness.

Disruptive behavior, horseplay, or anything that interferes with learning will not be tolerated. Instructors may ask students who do not follow rules to sit out or leave the class.

A respectful and focused environment is essential for a safe and productive learning experience. Thank you for your cooperation.

Photo & Video Release Notice

By registering for classes or events at En Beat Dance Academy, you acknowledge and consent that photographs, videos, and audio recordings may be taken during studio activities. These materials may be used for promotional, marketing, and archival purposes by the academy.

If you do not wish to be recorded or photographed, please notify the studio management prior to participation.

Payment Policy

All tuition and associated fees must be paid on or before their designated due date. Payments made three (3) business days late will incur a 10% late fee. If payment is not received within seven (7) business days, an additional 10% late fee will be applied. If payment is more than ten (10) business days late, En Beat Dance Academy reserves the right to suspend the student from attending classes until the account is paid in full. If a class is missed, students may make up the class in another age- and level-appropriate session within the same term. Please note that all payments are non-refundable under any circumstance. Should you choose to withdraw your dancer mid-semester, a $35 withdrawal fee will be applied to your account.
